Your Journey to a Unique Ring
The process begins with our simple bespoke design form . Once submitted, one of our experts will reach out to you with an all-inclusive design and casting quote. If you're happy with the quote and decide to proceed, we'll send you an email invoice for the full payment.
Upon payment, one of our designers will create a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering of your ring, allowing you to review and fine-tune every aspect. Our commitment to your satisfaction means we provide a round of complimentary edits. For additional edits beyond the first round, there's a modest $40 fee per round (~7 business days).

Your custom engagement ring will be crafted to the highest standards of sustainability and ethics.
Once you're delighted with the design, you can give your final approval to proceed with casting. The casting process typically takes about three weeks. Alternatively, you may choose not to cast the ring, in which case you'll receive a full refund, minus a $100 design fee.
Designing your unique engagement ring with Ever Sparkle comes with the added benefit of lifelong limited warranty. You can trust that we'll be here to assist you with any issues that may arise. Additionally, we'll retain your design information, should you wish to complement your ring with custom wedding bands or an anniversary ring.
